Beer as a Post Workout Drink

It almost sounds too good to be true...but get this.....Professor Manuel Garzon, of Granada University in Spain has decided that beer is better for post-workout hydration than plain water!

I thought it was just me and I thought I was weird that the first thing I craved after a good run was a nice cold beer.....
