It's also National Meatloaf Day!

No..No...not that kind of Meatloaf. I just thought this picture was much better than some loaf made out of hamburger meat and rubbed down with Ketchup. All signs point to me liking meatloaf:
1. like ground beef
2. like onions
3. like ketchup
But for some reason, this dish still weirds me out. Maybe I need to try making it on my own. Maybe get some bacon involved....oh baby. Recipe research time...
