Wow, that looks pretty scary... The thing to do is Put slices of bacon on a cooling rack, onto a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper on the bottom... Cover bacon heavily with brown sugar and coarsely ground pepper. Bake on middle rack for about 30 minutes at 375 or until bacon is cooked (about the same time the smell is so awesome you have to open the door to see if there's a party going on inside) It's called laquered bacon and it's great by itself, used on PB&J, or the Elvis way with PB & Honey and bananas! Or better yet you could dip into egg and flour and deep fry the cooked bacon and make Chicken Fried Laquered Bacon Plans.. god damn it's good. Not sure if I'm going to try it with BaconSalt on it too though.
