Ordering Pizza on Halloween? Beware!

Although Pizza and Halloween are two of my favorite things, tonight might not be the best night to order some. But if pizza is on your Halloween party menu, beware:

Halloween is the third busiest pizza day of the year. I just learned about this a few years ago and always thought it was weird (maybe because my family never ordered pizza on Halloween) but I guess it does make sense.... So place your order early and be prepared to wait.

Just in case you are wondering, here are the top 5 busiest pizza days of the year:

1. Super Bowl Sunday (logical)

2. New Year's Eve (Not a bad idea)

3. Halloween (way down)

4. The night before Thanksgiving (for reals? yowza!)

5. New Year's Day (good way to start your new year's diet i guess..I mean...who really starts on Jan 1 anyways?)

Oh Snap!

Last night, my boyfriend and I decided to go to the store to grab some flatbread for our shawarma and wine dinner. As we were turning into the parking lot of Trader Joe's, I look out the window of the car to my right and who do I see just standing by the curb chatting on his cell phone? Mr. Brian Malarkey...one of the final four from this season's TOP CHEF.

Needless to say, I freaked out and just kept sayin, "oh my god. oh my god. It's Brian." (like i know the guy.)

My boyfriend who was driving at the time and had no idea what I was freaking out about as I grabbed his arm super hard or even who I was talking about (he didn't watch the show.) But knowing me, he was like "where is your camera?" Just my luck....I didn't have my camera....Man...I was so so bummed. I would have totally nerded out and hopped out of the car to snap my picture with the guy. I probably would have freaked him out. I am surprised he didnt hear me yelling from inside the car.

So we just ended up parking and going into Trader Jose to continue our shopping...but let me tell you...I was a giddy as a little girl....but bummed at the same time that the camera on my cell phone would have been to crappy to capture me and this "celebrity."

So...Brian does own a restaurant and he does live here in San Diego, so I guess its not that big of a deal but still it was cool seeing him. Too bad it wasn't Sam from the previous season...Oh la la...

The worst part about the story....when we got back home...I reached into my purse...and what did I find?

MY FREAKIN CAMERA!

So I must admit, ever since I started watching The Office religiously, I can't stop saying this phrase. It's probably getting really annoying to the people around me but to me, it just gets funnier and funnier every time. ("that's what she said").

I think after I swing by and pick up my FREE taco from TB, I will have to go to the store and see if I can find this stuff. Supposedly it smells like candy corn but doesn't really taste like it. Oh well....I still wanna try. Hopefully I can find it. Fingers crossed!

Carmel Apple Wha- WHAT?

So i was thinking about how much I love those caramel apple suckers (which by the way, i have not had either this Halloween....although not as big of a deal as not having any candy corn yet since you can get them year round now) so i was looking for a picture of them and lookie what I found!! Holy Caca-Mole......who knew? i want them.............Talk about ripping your teeth out, right? But still.......I am down. Way down.

I always considered myself somewhat of a "Daze and Confused" aficionado but I actually learned a couple of things from this site:

1. Who knew that Renee "I always look like I just sucked a lemon" Zellweger was an extra at the keg Moontower scene?

2. Who knew that the red head is Giovanni Ribisi's sister?

3. Shawn Andrews (aka Pickford) is still smoking hot. It was a nice treat to see a recent photo of that guy. Trust me. I have been Google image searching that dude for a while now and haven't had much luck finding current photos. Thank you AOL.com (I guess)
